Hey there, Mama Dazers!
I started making this smoothie about 3 years ago, and it fast became a firm favourite. Both for me then, and for my little boy Joshua now, too.
It’s so delicious and has a real Moroccan taste to it, so I christened it my “Moreish Morocco” smoothie 🙂
Wanna make it? Well as you’re so lovely, I’ll share the recipe with you! x
* 200ml unsweetened almond milk
* 200ml coconut water
* 1/2 cup of coconut flakes or 10g of creamed coconut
* 1 medium banana
* c. 20 sultanas
* 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
* fresh mint to sprinkle
And what do you do with these tasty treats? You simply blend all the ingredients together, leaving the mint until the end to sprinkle on top.
Breakfast & Post-workout
It really is so delicious, and has such a natural sweet & spicy taste thanks to the sultanas.
Plus, it’s packed with vitamins, minerals & electrolytes. So, I think it’s a great start to your busy mama day, and also a fab post-workout smoothie to replenish your body & mind.
